SG Arrival Card: Mandatory for All Travelers Entering Singapore
Requirement for All Entrants
Effective immediately, all individuals entering Singapore, including Singaporean citizens, permanent residents, and foreigners, are required to submit the SG Arrival Card (SGAC). This requirement applies to those arriving via air, land, or sea.
Submitting the SGAC
Travelers must submit their SGAC within three days before their arrival in Singapore, including the day of arrival. The SGAC can be submitted electronically through the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) website or through the MyICA mobile app.
The SGAC requires travelers to provide personal information, trip details, and a health declaration. Submission is free of charge.
Important Exceptions
Travelers who are transiting through Singapore without disembarking are not required to submit an SGAC.
