Distraught Family Searches for Answers

A Massachusetts family is desperately searching for answers after their beloved husband and father, Stanley Kotowski, vanished during a family vacation on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.

Kotowski, 60, was last seen on August 16 when he abruptly left their vacation rental at Sea Pines Resort, according to a statement from the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office (BCSO).

Search Efforts Intensify

The BCSO, along with local and state law enforcement agencies, have launched a comprehensive search operation involving ground crews, aerial surveillance, and marine units.

The family has also organized private search teams and is offering a $10,000 reward for any information leading to Kotowski's safe return.

Puzzling Circumstances

Investigators are baffled by the circumstances surrounding Kotowski's disappearance, as there were no signs of foul play or suspicious activity.

Surveillance footage from the vacation rental shows Kotowski leaving the unit on foot, carrying a small backpack.

Last Known Sighting

According to the BCSO, the last known sighting of Kotowski was on August 16 at approximately 4:00 PM when he was seen walking along Pope Avenue in Hilton Head Island.

He is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, with a medium build and gray hair.
